Bill Of Materials and Assemble
Define all components used to produce a cell or a module. Depending on the traceability requirements, Silicon or GaAs and other type of raw materials like front glass or printing paste can be associated to the respective order and are traceable in the system. The same is valid to track lot numbers for materials such as frames, wires, junction boxes and others.
Engineering Data Collection
Fully integrated with other modules such as SPC or Exception Management, data can be collected in a job-like (long running) scenario at the Wafer or Cell line or manually at some Assembly steps. Collect process data and associate it directly with the respective production order.

Electronic Failure Catalogue
More than a simple image storage and catalogue system, it enables the association of failure images to specific reasons. Images collected from the metrology systems can be automatically collected and associated to a specific cell failure (e.g. micro cracks, coating defects, shades, etc). Also useful to store results from ingot 3D inspection, electroluminescence or sun simulator tests.
